The ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 release of the Production Mapping server extension includes enhancements to the Topographic Production Service and self-serve Map Production System (MPS) web app.

Self-serve MPS web app
The following enhancements have been made to the MPS web app:
- Configured settings can be reset or reused in multiple app deployments.
- Custom basemaps in a disconnected environment are supported.
- A default export format can be set for a map product.
- A default map product can be set for PDF or TIFF export presets.
- Banner text can be associated with a link.
- Operation parameter overrides can be set when configuring the map products that the app can export.
- The export list provides more options to filter and sort results.
