Uninstall Workflow Manager silently

Use the msiexec.exe command to silently uninstall ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server.

Open a command prompt.
Run the following command to uninstall Workflow Manager Server:
```
msiexec /x {A5AC0A8B-A7A2-45DD-8EDC-7A4F762A4192} /qb
```
